Scheduling

Office visits at the College Station Family Medicine Center are scheduled appointments. We encourage you to arrive early for your appointment to allow adequate time for processing any required paperwork. If you are a new patient, you will be required to be at the office 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time for the purpose of completing required paperwork.  Returning patients are asked to be 15 minutes early for their appointment time.  Adult patients will be required to schedule their own appointments.

Please telephone as far in advance as possible for your appointment and provide the staff with as much information as possible regarding the reason for the visit and the nature of the problem. This is very important in order to allow enough time for your visit. For routine physicals please allow one to two weeks for your appointment.  If you are a new patient, we will also request insurance information so that we can verify coverage information before your appointment.

Please bring all medications, prescription and over the counter, you are currently taking at the time of the appointment.

We will request payment for our services at the time of the visit. Please come prepared to handle these charges. If you are canceling an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Forms are available on this site to download and complete so that you can bring to your scheduled appointment.

 Cancellations

We care about the health of our patients and ask that you call our office as soon as possible to reschedule any appointment that you may cancel.

Your participation in the patient/doctor relationship is an important aspect of your health care, and therefore it is critical that you keep every appointment.

Please note that if you do need to cancel your appointment, we do require 24-hour notice for cancellations so that we can use the appointment for another patient. Our phone number is 979-693-2586.
